Prayer Requests:
Thanksgiving:
For safe travels to Papua New Guinea and a good experience at POC; for safe travels from Madang to Mambisanda; for the wonderful friends I've made and the love and support that has been provided; for being able to learn Tok Pisin (the language).

Requests:
Healing from malaria; for continued assistance in learning the language; blessing upon the United to Be organization; that people receive the gospel and education on HIV with open hearts and open minds and incorporate changed behavior in their lifestyles.

For others:
Many of the missionaries I met in Madang, at POC, have issues to deal with back home. I pray that the Lord sends peace upon these missionaries and gives them strength to face these challenges. I pray that the Lord is seen through their work and that those who are not in the communities be sent opportunities to work with the people of Papua New Guinea.

The Lord place his protecting arm

around the women whose lives are in

danger simply by being married.

For the church leaders

Continued improvement with language

learning

For others:

For the church leaders

For my friends here who have
